Do I need cash to pay for my ride?

No. Add a card or mobile wallet in the app and pay automatically. You can also choose to pay cash where supported.

Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Yes. Set your pickup time up to seven days out and we’ll dispatch a driver to arrive a few minutes early.

How are drivers vetted?

Each Dropme captain completes identity verification, driving history checks, vehicle inspections, and ongoing quality reviews.

What if I leave something behind?

Use the Ride History screen to contact your driver or reach Rider Care. We help reunite you with lost items quickly.
